TEPM is also the local partner of a number of global technology companies, further strengthening our offering and expanding our network. TEPMs team of engineers and subject matter experts work across the project life cycle, from opportunity identification to front-end engineering, manufacturing, implementation and commissioning. Our goal on every project is to ensure maximum impact of a solution and intervention delivered on time and within budget. Our engineering advisory services focus on industrial and process efficiency, specifically looking at ways to optimize and improve manufacturing processes and equipment to maximise output and minimise input resources as far as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, energy, water, waste and labour. Where clients do not have a dedicated project team, engineer or manager, TEPM will support either a turnkey or managed implementation of a project. This covers a number of disciplines managed through a Project Management Office (PMO). Working closely with our clients, we aim to understand existing process parameters and bottlenecks to identify optimisation opportunities. These are often a combination of low/no-cost interventions and longer, more CAPEX intensive projects. Where possible, we advise leveraging savings from quick wins to justify longer, potentially more impactful projects creasing a holistic efficiency programme.
