EngineeringStudies

Design and Engineering

  • Conduct detailed engineering and process investigation for highest potential opportunities
    Includes the following activities:
  • Mechanical/electrical/software/process engineering and design
    Updating of, where required:
  • Layouts
  • Process flows
  • P & IDs

Review with SME’s as required on a specific process or asset opportunities.

Deliverables

  • Basis of design documentation
  • Technical specifications
  • Financial business case including production/ process impacts

Implementation

Activities:

  • Manage projects on Clients behalf up to and including the commissioning phase
  • Monitor and verify savings achieved through each implemented opportunity

Deliverables:

  • Implemented projects including final handover
  • Savings vs. baseline – ongoing assessment
